Hi,

1) The sellers are not supposed to remove these handle bars because they are categorized as fixtures rather than fittings. A common understanding is anything that can be removed without tools is considered as fittings.
2) They are properly not properly advised by their agent before doing so.
3) You have to tell them explicitly that you will need these fixtures to remain attached when handover.
4) The best way to move forward is to have a discussion face-to-face to determine what are items you expect them to clear or to keep there.
5) It is not uncommon that ugly disputes between sellers and buyers when things are not properly discussed before signing the OTP. Page 9 of the OTP is for this purpose to avoid disputes between the sellers and buyers.
