Hi
I am glad to inform you under the regulation, your spouse is not required to sell off her private property. I do always advise my buyers with the same circumstances as yours to get the purchase done before marriage to avoid any future complications. In addition, if you are a first timer, you will also be eligible for singles and EHG (singles) grant, I am specialised in HDB transactions and a vast majority of my buyer managed to secure a house without any COV despite the seller's market situation nowadays. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory discussion on this.
