No difference. I suggest you try to pay off your existing loan so you can max out your loan quantum for your next purchase Read More

Hi,

The payment schedule and percentage will be the same, just that instead of the bank dispersing the loan, you will have to pay the $xxxx amount due per month, until the remaining balance 50% will then be dispersed by the bank.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Hi,

The progressive payment schedule is dependent on the construction milestone progress, and not how the buyer funds the purchase. Hence its the same if you are only taking 50% loan. The difference being, you be using your cash/CPF for the 1st few phases of construction milestones, instead of bank dispersing the funds from the mortgage loan for you.

The financial plan and timeline is important in determining whether its feasible to secure the purchase. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Warm Regards,
