Hi Lionel,

You can do so as long as you have fulfilled MOP for your flat.

Please be mindful of the subjective ABSD and SPR has to sell off HDB within 6 months from private property completion date.

If your MOP is met, you will be able to buy another Condo, If you are a Singaporean and having to pay a ABSD of 7%.

If you are a PR, after obtaining of your condo keys, you will have to sell your HDB within 6month.
