Hi there, besides your income, the loan amt will also depends on your age, nature of job, type of properties you have in mind just to name a few. I do have some ways to increase the credit as well. do drop me a call or email for a more detailed discussion on your real estate plans before you proceed.

Hi, the basic loan go up to age of 65. Assuming you are not serving any other loan, base on TDSR, your estimated loan can go up to 1.3 Million. Please drop me an email for me to share the break down on the monthly instalment.
