There isn't any room for rent at Tai Keng Villa at the moment. Most landed owners buy the property for own stay hence the possibilities of a room up for rent in the near future is rather remote.

I'd suggest you explore the private properties along the road such as Rosalia Park, Casa Rosa, Cherryhill etc. For your reference, the asking rent for a room at Rosalia Park starts from $1,200 onwards.
