Once you decided on a unit to purchase, the bank will issue you a Letter of Offer for the loan. Before this, they will confirm again your credit history before they issue the letter. The personal loan that you took up will show up and thus affect your loan amount.

Afternoon,

IPA is an In-principle of approval for your upcoming mortgage loan. The actual figure is still subjected to your credit standing and employment status when you decided to activate the mortgage loan loan.
With that said, should you apply for personal unsecured loan before signing the LO, it will definitely impact your loan figures.
