If I get my Singapore citizenship, can I buy a property in Singapore with my mom who hold long term pass in Singapore? I'm currently single and below 35 years old.

Evening,

Once you have obtain your SC status, you are eligible to purchase HDB resale unit under non-citizen family scheme with your mother. You will be the sole owner and your mother will be the essential occupier.

Hi,

You can even purchase a private residential property even you are not a SC but will be subject to ABSD.

But if you are a SC, you are able to purchase a resale HDB with your mom under the non citizen family scheme.
