If I find a resale flat on Property Guru website and then purchase it, do I need to pay agent fees? To my understanding I am not engaging an agent to buy, but I am using Property Guru to search for a suitable flat. Any fees involved using this website that I should know of? Please answer both questions thank you.

You do not need to pay agent fees if you did not engage any agent to act for you in your purchase.

PropertyGuru is a property listing portal, where you can find property listings to buy/rent. No cost of using the web portal.
