Good afternoon k,

Your MOP will be the same as the rest of your potential new neighbours. 5 years from TOP date.

Do take note that you will be subject to HDB eligibility conditions as per a new EC in order to purchase such resale EC with special approval to sell.

But do take note if you choose to sell within 3 years from your purchase date (exercise of OTP), you will still subject to seller's stamp duty.

Dear Sir/Mdm,

For EC, the MOP date for the whole project is the same and therefore the original MOP date will remain. Technically you can sell after 1 year when the MOP is met but it is not wise financially because of the Seller Stamp Duty which is valid for 3 years.

To purchase a special approved EC, you will be able to apply for the CPF housing grant if you are eligible.
