If I buy a property with tenancy, is it possible to terminate the tenancy with notice?

It's a question nobody likes to answer.

- Review Tenancy Agreement to determine if there is an exit clause.

- If not, then you probably have no choice but the honour the agreement since I assume the OTP clearly stated that you bought the unit subject to tenancy.
