If i am SPR and had the condo. My future hubby is 35 singaporean and he had the HDB flat now. If i marry with him, can i keep my condo? As I don't mind the HDB don't have my name.

From my understanding, backed by an actual experienced with a client :

Once you get married, you would need to be included as 'co-owner' of his HDB.

HDB would require that you dispose of your condo within 6 months.

Your case in exactly similar to a client of mine.
