If I am s'pore PR, single 38 years old n would like to buy a condo w/1 bedroom in Singapore, do u have any recommendation? My cpf ready is around 70k n my monthly employee's cpf contribution is around 700. Do I need to pay any admin, agent n legal fees for new launch condo? Pls advise do i afford to buy a condo based on my salary range. Thank you.

Hi WLL

For private property, you only need to pay legal fee which is about $2600 to $2800. And 1 bedroom usually ranges from $500k onwards.

Could I know your salary range in order to calculate further? Cheers!
