If I am Single SC, earn more than $5k but less than $10k, am I able to buy 3br hdb resale around redhill? Based on age, I think I am entitled to HDB loans for 30 years. How much is the expected interest currently? Am I entitled to HDB loans or do I need bank loans? What are the current bank rates?

Evening, If you are above age of 35 and earning lesser than $5k, you will be eligible for HDB loan. However, according to your statement, you have exceeded the income ceiling for single scheme. However, you can still utilize bank loan for the purchase. The interest will be very dependent on your loan package and which bank you took the loan from.
