Hi there,

Thank you for your query!
For investment , of course location plays a huge part in consideration. But above and beyond we cannot negate the other factors - the amenities (distance to amenities), accessibility (how well connected the development is to town/ MRT etc), rentability (depending on development and unit itself) etc. The real returns of your investment solely depends on the quantum you're investing and your investment objectives (projection in mind).

Let's speak further at 96659926  to discuss more comprehensively on the crux of your requirements & expectations- to enable me to deliver a more accurate financial projection and breakdown of cash flow for your purchase after understanding your finances succinctly, so as to explore the possible options accordingly at no obligation. I will walk you through the entire purchase- from shortlisting, to negotiation, to establishing loan matters and working out finances (cash/cpf/progressive payment), paperwork, sorting legal matters, providing you with recent up to date transaction caveats for benchmark pricing as well as furnish you with a customized sales report & indicative valuations.

Dear Investor,

For high yield rental , my suggestion is to get the HDB near to MRT and amenities. These places will attract more tenant to rent.

As for which location , feel free to call for discussion

Hi there,

MRT is one of the many factors, not the only one.

I have a couple of units that might suit your objectives.

Feel free to contact me and we can discuss this further.

Hi,

I'm not sure if you're aware, if you buy a HDB, you will need to fulfill the 5-year MOP before you can rent out the unit.

Hence, HDB may not offer the best yield for you in terms of rental.

If you are looking for good rental and potential capital appreciation, I have better recommendations for you.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you and your partner in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
