Hi Mr. Leung,

1) It is advisable to ROM with your fiancee after the completion date. Otherwise, there might be complications in your purchase.
2) I'm saying this is because the HDB system is linked with ICA and ROM systems. Not sure how frequently they are updating with each other.
3) But if there is a discrepancy in your marital status when the system is refresh. The HDB might not be able to do a completion for you.
4) Your marital status has changed from single to married and your spouse's name is not included in the system will cause the application to void.

May I understand further on why you would want to do that? As pointed out, the transaction might go through but there is always a risk of HDB finding out though the consequence can always be worked out by including your fiance as an occupier.
