If I am a Singapore Citizen planning to buy my first EC with my Permanent Resident Girlfriend would we be affected by the new ABSD?

If so will I be able to apply for Remission/refund?

Afternoon,

As per the statement by IRAS and MAS, first property co-owned by SC & SPR marriage are entitled to remission of ABSD. The submission must be sent to IRAS for approval.

Many thanks for the quick response.

With that in mind, I have read through the IRAS and MAS release, Does the remission of the new ABSD include private housing as well?
