Hi Valim,

Yes you can purchase another resale executive condo but you cannot purchase another resale HDB. We are only allowed to own one HDB at any time.

There are a lot of other factors to consider when you are purchasing a second property. If you are really considering a second property, maybe we can meet up for a non obligatory discussion as to how you can better go about doing it.

Hi Valim,

If assumed that your HDB has MOP, you are absolutely eligible to purchase a resale EC but not resale HDB as a second property.

Assuming that you are not a PR buying a second property, you wont be subject to additional buyer's stamp duty too.

As for your loan wise, you are eligible to loan up to 80% of the purchase/ valuation of second property but if you want to have a better idea, I can arrange some bankers to advise you on that.
