Yes, you are eligible to buy as a Chinese. Do take note that should you decide to sell in future. You will selling as a Chinese family, not as others, despite you being a Eurasian.

Morning Ryan,

Since your are in mixed marriage, you can utilize your wife's name as first owner to purchase the unit. Same case is applicable when you intend to sell the unit away in the future. I have performed similar transactions in the past hence you can easily rest assure about it.
