Unsure what had happened since it is uncommon a seller agent do not entertain buyer.

Suggest you engage an agent to assist you in your purchase, and at the same time, he/she can guide you along the process and do an preliminarily assessment for you to ensure you are ready for the purchase.

Do note you don't lose a single cent to get engage with an agent until you decided to engage his/her service. Why not get us to do this dirty job for you, your precious time could be better spend in happy moment than going through this type of frustration.
