I would like to start the Guest house or hostel for professionals in singapore.
We need the following Amenities
7 Bed room and 7 Bath room in Landed property.
40 LED or LCD TV at the living room.
Kitchen with required items.
Dining Area. Water heater.
Broad band and cable connection.
Wardrobes. At least one car parking Area.
Within 10 minutes walking distance to Bus interchange or MRT.
Budget is S$4000 - S$7000
Will follow all the approval procedure.
If you have suitable place, please contact me for viewing ASAP.
We will start the Guest house or Hostel from 1st May 2012.
Prferred location: Serangoon/Hougang/Sengkang.
