I would like to rent out my 2 bedrooms unit at Heritage View.
Looking at rental S$3600 per month.
Start of lease wef 1st June 2011

Hi Jaime,

I am currently marketing a 3 bedroom unit in Heritage View at the moment and therefore will be glad to assist you in marketing your unit for rental.

General agent's commission is half a month rental fees for tenancy of 1 year or less and a month rental fees for tenancy above 1 year and not more than 2 years.
