I would like to rent a small landed property for the period of 6 months sometimes in August 2012 while pending TOP for my new unit, preferrably in the vicinity of Yio Chu Kang Rd areas.

Hi Mr Tan,

How many bedrooms do you need? I am assuming that you are lookin for a place with minimum furnishings or no furnishings at all. Please correct me if I am wrong. It'll also be great if you can let me know the rental you are working on.

I need only 2 bedrooms with one floor of less than 2ooo sq ft, unfurnish and about $3000/mth. A couple with one maid and one dog. That is all. I may also consider renting a cond with 2 bedrooms.
