Am afraid this comfortable amount you want to set aside might be abit tough for 3bedrm and above. Below 800k maybe certain other locations or 2plus 1 bedrm and below..
You might want to consider ripple bay pasir ris which is very potential mid to long term buy... With sea view and island views and fantastic facilities and amenities.
