Hi Linda, yes you still need to fork out some form of cash to buy a resale HDB unit. Do you intend to use HDB or bank loan? I have a 3 room flat at Blk 100 Bedok North Ave 4 and it is probably the lowest price unit at that Blk with asking of 310k and neg. Afternoon Linda, This would depends on whether you are taking HDB loan or bank loan. With HDB loan, getting a HLE will give you a better idea of your ability to loan.
