I would like to know the actual market rate for renting out the whole unit of four rooms HDB with fully furnished at Serangoon North? Thank you!

Hi Catherine,

Depending on actual location and condition of unit, you can be looking at anything above $2400. Much will also depend on the furnishing options. Let me know if you are keen to rent out as I am in talks with a few company who have expats working at Northstar building.
