I would like to know for condo property with private enclosed space (pes), how can we estimate the psf? I have a condo unit on the ground floor, and if the average psf is $800 for units at higher level without pes, what is the psf for my condo unit of 2000sqf including 700sqf of pes?

Hi CJ,

There is no hard and fast rule to calculate the psf for your unit has different people has different preference.

Do you have any intention to sell your ground floor unit? It will be great to be able to assess the condition of your unit and discuss together what can be a good selling price for you.
