I would like to buy a 4 room unit I'm bedok central, may I know should I wait for another year more before I buy?

Morning Jasmine,

With the mall opening in Dec, along with other development within Bedok Central, I doubt the selling price in Bedok will go down much. It might even be higher than now. If financing is your concern, you might want to look at units within Bedok, but located slightly further away from Central.
