I would like to buy a 4/5rm flat as now I have 2 kids. Currently I stay in a 3rm resale flat (my 2nd) after selling my 1st 5rm flat (direct from HDB). I would like to know whether I can qualify for any subsidy or priority scheme as I am the only breadwinner in the family?

Afternoon Nathalie, Since your first unit was a subsidized unit from HDB, you will not be eligible for further grant. You can however apply for your second HDB loan, if your income ceiling does not exceed the caps indicated. FYI Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
