I would like to ask, if i have a HDB flat now, what is the best way to sell and then buy another condo unit with the least disruption, because need to shift furnitures to new house and also do not want to pay the 30% downpayment. How to plan so that can sell and then buy another condo at the same 20% downpayment? (btw im single so cannot buy EC too)

Hi,

Presently, bank will be able revert your loan from 60% to 80% once you sold your HDB. You may also want to consider bridging loan to minimze the disruption, however, this come with certain conditions.

If you really had to sell your HDB and then buy a condo, you will need to find a place to rent for about 2 to 3 months.

Most important is to workout a suitable timeline based on your current situation.

Hope I had answered your question.

Feel free to contact me so that i can workout a detail plan for you.
