if i disposed my overseas private property less than 15 months ago, can I declare that I do not own/disposed any overseas private property? how can they check if i have any property disposed and the exact timeline of it?

Hi, this is similar to a few cases I have handled. No, you are NOT able to declare that you do not own/ disposed any overseas property for the purposes of HDB eligibility.
