i would like buy a resale 4rm hdb with my bf,both SPR malaysian.if our cpf OA account total 60k, how much cash we need to prepare if our budget is 400k(planning buy woodlands,yishun,sembawan,khatib house). btw, after buy the resale, within how many months we need to ROM? tks for answer.

Afternoon Ms. Sak,

There are available units for both of you to look into which are within your budget. Assuming that you managed to obtain 80% loan, with valuation at $380k and COV of $20k, you will need around $300k loan and $75k cash at hand. You are required to ROM within 3 months from key collection.
