It is advisable to apply for Approval In Principle (AIP) which valid for 6 months from LDAU before SPRs make any commitment to buy landed property here. Each application is considered on its own merit, main requirements are; must be PR and make adequate economic contribution to Singapore.

Please take a moment to go through the Approved Form (http://www.sla.gov.sg/doc/ser/Forms_Apr_2012/Form%20A.doc) and prepare all the necessary documents stated in the Checklist found on page 13-15. I would then be able to meet with you at LDAU, 55 Newton Road, #12-01, Revenue House, S397987 and assist with the completion of the form as necessary. The processing time is generally within 4 weeks.
While waiting for approval, I shall arrange for house viewings weekly so that we can narrow down your preferred properties and you may make decisive commitment as soon as your AIP is approved.
