I wonder if anyone could share their experience on the survey fee they have paid for title certification in the purchase of their new landed properties. I learnt that it is only few hundred dollars for a condo. However, I was asked to pay about SGD2000 and that was half of the total as it was shared by the developer. That means a survey fee of about SGD4000. Could anyone help? Thanks. Cheers, SCT
