Rental price range in Yishun has quite huge disparity depending on its actual location as well as conditions.
I have came across units going for as low as $1400 and as high as $1900 for 3 room flats. Judging by location itself, I am quite firm that your unit should be able to achieve better than the $1400 given it is relatively near to the MRT Station.
