I wish to know if it's possible to buy a one-bedroom 'old' condo with a budget of below 400k, preferably in serangoon area?

There is a new launch today at The Minton which may be interest to you. However, if you are consider 'old' condo, you may also wish to consider other parts of Singapore which fetch a good yield and personal living condition.

Hi Catherine,

Not to dissapoint you. Right now the prices
of condos for studios and one bder are going at
above 500k easily. It is not easy to find one. If there is it will be very very old and living conditions will not be of real good conditions.
