Afternoon,

I would recommend that we start on the feasibility assessment around Xmas period and start the hunt in early to mid Jan. The entire hunting process might drag till Feb 2017 as most chinese owner would be busy with their CNY prep.

    So around Dec will be a more appropriate time for flat hunting I suppose. If I can find a suitable flat by Feb 2017 it would be great but I'm not so optimistic. Anyway, thank you for the reply! Much appreciated.

Hi

It is not late to wait till you are 35 years. Otherwise, you may want to start 2 weeks before you turn 35 years as you can orientate and prepare for the time where you can take effective action ie putting down the option fee.

The rest of the time is wasted in my opinion. As they say "see, but no touch" if you get what I mean.
