Morning Andy,
You are definitely allowed to purchase HDB unit at any age. The only concern is the financing portion. Are you using your CPF to finance the unit or are you paying fully by cash? How much can the bank loan you when you want to purchase a resale 3 room flat and have you met with the necessary requirements set by HDB?
