1. In my experience of selling condos with existing tenancies, it's unusual for buyers to prorate and reimburse the agent's commission for the remaining tenancy back to the seller. However you have the option to incorporate this cost into the selling price during negotiations. You should ensure that your existing tenancy agreement includes a clause that permits the owner to sell the property with the tenancy in place as well.

2. Have you hold your private property for longer than 3 years? As if it is less than 3 years seller stamp duty will apply

Usually the more straightforward way is to incorporate this expense as part of the sale price and counter-offer to the buyer. "Packaged" this way, it is presented in a better way and has a better chance to reach your desired outcomes.

May I know how long more to the end of the tenancy? and more details on the property?

Why not build in this commission paid into the selling price? It could be easier this way then ask buyer to reimburse you the amount, which could likely trigger objections?
