1) It depends on what is your plan for the next 5~10 years.
2) I would suggest you to apply for a HFE letter first.
3) In the HFE, it will tell you whether you are eligible under current situation; buying as a single or under family.
4) The HFE will also tabulate the loan available, and monthly mortgage that you are committing for the next 25 years (maximum loan tenure).
5) You will have a better picture what you will be facing in the future when you commit.
