You may opt to finance the UK property through by obtaining a housing loan from a Singapore bank, which will be subjected to the same TDSR considerations or obtain an offshore loan where you will be required to make necessary transfers for repayment, which the bankers from these offshore banks can advise further on how to go about doing these transfers.
