Afternoon,

With your statement of "cannot take anymore loan from bank", I would assume that you either have credit issues or you are an undischarged bankruptcy. With such case, you can appeal to HDB to market rate loan, along with all the necessary documentations. With the current market, you will not be ale to get any resale 3 room flat with $200k
