I walked into the a hdb buy. The agent asked me to sign a commission form before proceeding after the seller agreed on the price. After which, gave me more headaches than help. During the sale, several promises were made with not documented proof which i trusted the agent. however, they turned out to be untrue now. I tried contacting his agency, but they ignored me and proceeded to ask me for the commission claiming i've already signed the agreement which is legally binding. What can I do, as all in all, he promised everything, and delivered nothing.. all he did for me was help send the forms i passed him to toa payoh hub during submission.
