During the initial launch, they will usually only open to clients who have done the e-applications for the project with their appointed marketing agent. Thereafter, walk-in selection will commence after first and second timers who have pre registered have had their turns to choose. Hence, it is obvious that pre registering will entitle u to priority of selection. In addition, developer has the leeway to set the selling prices for the EC. It is the norm that they will raise prices as sales increases, just like private condo launches.
