Hi,

If you had received special approval from HDB and there is no MOP requirement for your Built-To-Order (BTO) flat, you may purchase a resale HDB flat.

You should first register your Intent To Buy to see if you are eligible to purchase. Once your Intent to Buy is cleared, you may proceed to look for a resale HDB flat.

Do log in to you MyHDB page to check.

Hi,

1) Under the general situation where your BTO was given special approval to dispose before meeting MOP. You are not penalized for buying another resale flat.
2) In order to get an implied approval from the HDB, you just need to register an intent to buy below:
https://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/BB31AWDashboardWeb/BB31PLogin.jsp
3) Once your application is successfully registered, it implied you are eligible to buy an HDB flat now.
