I saw an advertisement on the guru advertising Marina Bay Condo, top 2017
But there is such Condo, and when I made an enquiry he tried to sell me Lumieri is there such a Condo I know Marina 1 as well as Marina Bay Residence

Lumiere is in Tanjong Pagar and not in Marina Bay. So, you got to be aware. Sometimes, marketing ads can be misleading. It is always good to have a 2nd opinion as properties are big ticket investments. Do contact me so that I can be of assistance to you.

There is a condo Lumiere, but it is located in Tanjong Pagar and falls under District 2. If you are only looking in the Marina Bay area such as Marina Bay Residences, Marina One etc, those fall under District 1.
