I saw a property in D23, and the valuation is about 515K. The owner is asking about 100K COV (negotiable) May I know what is the standard COV for D23 and I am looking at max 50K. Do you think it is do-able?

Hi David,

If you like it and feel that it is worth to offer your maximum COV, then go ahead and put up your offer, if the offer is rejected, you got nothing to lose, but if the offer is accepted, there is everything for you to gain.

Morning David,

District 23 covers places like Bt Batok, to CCK and even Bukit Panjang area. And according to your enquiries, I would assume you are hunting for HDB units. With $50k, you can have quite a handful of choices, depending what do you place as your main deciding factor for your purchase.
