I saw a duplex terrace recently in D15 near Sandy Lane. Both the 1st and 2nd floor units are selling. Will I be subjected to ABSD should I decide to purchase both units? And is it possible to convert the 2 units into 1 unit and rebuild a normal terrace? In this case, will the ABSD be any different? Please advise.
