Yes for all hdb resale or new bto purchase, the HFE letter is a mandatory first step now to confirm eligibility.

As your MOP is met, you can apply the HFE now. May I know the location of your HDB? I am in contact with buyers who may be keen to at newer flats.

The HFE letter is primarily required for buyers to determine their eligibility to purchase a new or resale flat, as well as the housing grants and loan amount they qualify for.

As a seller, you only need to meet the eligibility criteria for selling your flat, such as fulfilling the Minimum Occupation Period (MOP).

However, you will still need to register your Intent to Sell on the HDB Resale Portal before you can proceed with the sale.
