I’m looking to buy a 4 room resale hdb flat with my non citizen spouse. I understand that only my income will be taken into consideration for the loan. What’s the rough amount we can get with my 5k monthly income, and with that what price range should we be looking at for the house?

Do you intend to take up HDB loan or bank loan? In fact you can do your loan assessment by submitting for HFE application. The home loan eligibility is not only base on your income, but also your agent. Housing grant maybe applicable too.
